In a growing community such as ours, people are eager to make connections not only with God, but with other people as well. Our congregation seeks to help people get to know one another by offering many opportunities to gather for fellowship.
Sunday Coffee Fellowship
Catch a cup of coffee and homemade treats as you catch up with your friends or make new friends. Held in the Fellowship Hall, Coffee Fellowship is at 10:00 am during the program year and follows the 9:30 am worship service in the summer.
Book Group Special Session-Tuesday, May 23: When Sleeping Women Awake, Mountains Will Move, by Barbara de Souza. Barb’s memoir about her work in health education and women’s empowerment in Brazil. Refreshments & book signing will be available at 6:30 pm, followed at 7:00 pm by introductory comments from Barb and then questions/discussion. Held at the church.
All interested readers are invited to meet for good conversation (even if you may not have read the book) and fellowship.
Cribbage is held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Players donate $2 and the group decides to which charity the money will be given. All players and abilities are welcome. Come and enjoy a night of fellowship.
Please note: Cribbage will take a break for the summer & resume in September.
Yoga is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am. They meet downstairs in the youth room. Please bring a yoga mat or a large bath towel.
